Buffalo Wings Recipe

Get an aluminum foil and line it with baking sheet. Grease the sheet with olive oil using the cooking spray. Put the cayenne pepper, flour, salt and garlic powder in a resealable plastic. Shake the ingredients to mix. Place the chicken wings inside the plastic one at a time and shake. Make sure that the chicken wings are covered with the flour mixture. Put the chicken wings on the baking sheet and refrigerate for more than an hour.
