Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs (large)
1/4 cup of onion (chopped)
1 can of cream style corn

1/3 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp of water

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish. Pour the milk in a bowl. Beat the eggs and put in a bowl. Add the other ingredients while stirring the mix. Pour this in the baking dish. Cook this simple corn pudding recipe for 45 minutes.

Corn Pudding with Red Pepper

Ingredients

2 cups of milk (scalded)
2 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp of butter

Instructions

Put the eggs in a bowl and beat it. Add the milk and melt the butter. Throw in the corn and red pepper. Put some butter in a baking dish (1 ½ quarts). Put this in a pan filled with hot water. 1 ¼ cups of milk
3 ½ cups of creamed corn

1/8 tsp of pepper

Corn Pudding with Butter Toppings

Ingredients

1 can of drained kernel corn
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
For the topping:
½ cup of butter
½ cup of sugar
2 tbsp of flour

Instructions

Pour all the corn pudding ingredients in a pan. Bake it for 45 minutes (325 degrees). Mix the topping ingredients and add to the pudding after it’s baked.

You can add more zest to these corn pudding recipes by adding other ingredients like hot sauce. You can also eat this dish with some cooked turkey and have a truly delectable meal.
