This homemade dish is good for four people. The ingredients include 2-tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil, 3-tablespoons of flour and 4-pieces of chopped sirloin patties. Aside from these, you also need 3-teaspoons of beef-flavored instant bouillon, a teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspoon of garlic salt. Likewise, prepare a can or approximately 4-ounces of mushrooms, a large sliced onion and 1½-cup of hot water. In addition, bring in a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Start cooking this traditional dish by dipping the patties in flour. Be sure to coat both sides. Put the skillet on top of a medium-heat stove. Heat the butter or oil. Once hot, gently put the patties. Cook them until both sides acquire a brownish color. After that, remove excess butter or oil. In a separate container, combine the water and bouillon. Pour the mixture right into the skillet with patties. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and onion as well. Stir until the flavors are distributed well on the patties. Cover the skillet and then simmer the dish for approximately 25 minutes. You can make the dish more interesting by serving it with mashed potato.
