Ingredients

For this delectable and quick recipe, you need cheap ingredients like ¼ cup all-purpose flour, a teaspoon of divided salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and two teaspoons vegetable oil. Aside from these ingredients, you should have 2 ½ pounds of boneless beef round steak. Make sure that the steak is cut into an inch thick. The other ingredients that you will use to prepare this healthy and tasty dish are a medium can of stewed tomatoes, a small can of undiluted tomato soup, a large sliced onion and ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram. Instructions

Get a large resealable plastic. Put the flour, pepper and ½ teaspoon salt in the plastic. Shake to combine the ingredients. Add the beef slices one at a time and shake to cover the meat with the flour mixture. Remove the meat from the plastic bag and get a meat tenderizer. Pound the meat slices one by one.

Afterwards, place a skillet over medium high heat. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil and brown each side of meat slices.
