Stroganoff Recipe

Serving up delicious stroganoff recipes need not be difficult. Give the following recipes a shot and you’d be amazed at how straightforward making these stuff can be.

Stroganoff with Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

2 lbs of stew beef (cut to 1/2”)
½ tsp of salt
½ cup of onion
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup of water
4 ounces of cream cheese (room temp)
1 can of golden mushroom soup

Instructions

Put the meat in a slow cooker. Flavor it with some pepper and salt. Add the onions. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, water and mushroom soup. Mix it well. Cook this simple stroganoff recipe for 7 hours on low settings. Add the cream cheese and stir the mixture. Serve the stroganoff with soup or noodles.

Stroganoff with Mushroom and Sour Cream

Ingredients

2 lbs of ground steak
8 ounces of mushrooms
6 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salt
1 onion (diced)
2 tbsp of flour
¼ cup of flour
¼ tsp of ground black pepper
1 2/3 cups of beef broth
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of sour cream

Instructions

Put the mushrooms in a skillet and place it over medium low heat. Add 4 tbsp of butter and the onions. Keep cooking until the mushrooms tenderize. Continue making this stroganoff recipe by taking out the veggies from the skillet.

Put it aside for now. Put 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet. Add the ¼ cup of flour. Add the salt and pepper. Coat the meat in the flour. Cook the beef there until it turns brown. Spray it with some flour.

Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and broth and heat it. Mix the sour cream with 2 tbsp of flour. Add the onions and mushrooms. Set to low heat and cook until the substance gets thick.

Meatball Beef Stroganoff with Gravy

Ingredients

1 lb of ground chuck
2 tbsp of onion (minced)
1 egg
3 tbsp of bread crumbs
¼ tsp of salt
A dash of ground black pepper
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 10 ounce can of beef gravy
1/3 cup of sour cream (optional for this stroganoff recipe)
Cooked noodles

Instructions

Combine the onion, beef, bread crumbs and eggs. Add the seasonings too. Mix it well and shape into balls. Put the meatballs in a skillet with oil. Cook it and remove the fat. Add the gravy and stir it. Set it to low heat and cook the gravy for 15 minutes. Add the sour cream and heat it.

Beef Stroganoff with Wine

Ingredients

3 tbsp of red wine
3 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of salt
1 lb of ground chuck
8 ounces of fresh mushrooms
¼ cup of green onion
2 tbsp of butter
1 garlic clove (minced)
4 ounces of egg noodles
¼ tsp of pepper
Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Butter the skillet and cook the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add the ground chuck and cook it. Pour in the lemon juice, salt and red wine. Add the pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the noodles and stir.

These stroganoff recipes will make your lunch and dinner something to look forward to. Stroganoff is delicious but these recipes just give them that little extra flavor.
