Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Meatloaf is a special dish that is made from ground meat like lamb, pork or beef. To enhance the flavor of this healthy dish, you can combine two kinds of meat. Ingredients

This recipe is very easy and quick to make. The first thing that you have to do is to gather all the important ingredients. To make the dish, you need two pounds of ground turkey, two eggs that were beaten slightly, a coarsely chopped onion, ¾ cup regular rolled oats, ½ cup fresh green beans as well as ½ cup fresh cranberries. Aside from these, you should have a teaspoon of dried rosemary, a teaspoon of bay leaf, ¼ pound sliced pancetta as well as ½ salt and pepper.

In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients, you need two tablespoons butter, two tablespoons of all-purpose flour, a clove of minced garlic, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg as well as a cup of milk.
