Ice Cream Cake Recipe

There’s no need to buy deserts when you can easily make ice cream cake recipes. These delicious concoctions can be served as refreshing treats.

Ice Cream Cake with Choco Chips

Ingredients

1 Angel food cake
½ cup of amaretto
2 cups of whipping cream
1 package of sweet choco chips
1 pint of strawberry ice cream
1 pint of pistachio ice cream

Instructions

Cut the cake into three parts. Put 3 tbsp of amaretto around each layer. Put pistachio ice cream on one layer. Put another layer on top of it. Spread some strawberry ice cream on it. Cover with another layer.

Put this in the freezer. Get a mixing bowl. Mix the whipped cream with the amaretto. Keep beating until the mixture gets thick. Put this around the sides and top of the cake. Put this tasty ice cream cake recipe back in the freezer.

Put the choco chips in a saucepan. Melt it on low heat. Spread the choco mix on a foil. Keep it in the freezer until it gets hard. Take it out of the freezer and cut into small pieces. Take out the cake. Put the choco chips on top of it.

Ice Cream Cake with Candies

Ingredients

16 choco cream sandwiches
4 tbsp of cookies
2 tbsp of butter
2 candy bars
2 quarts of mocha ice cream
12 oz of whipped topping
1 cup of candies

Instructions

Commence this ice cream cake recipe by chopping the cookies into small pieces. Melt the butter in the microwave (set it to high). When the butter has melted, add the crushed cookies. Pour this mix in a springform pan.

Store in freezer for 15 minutes. Cut the candy bar in small pieces. Put it in plastic. Freeze for 10 minutes. Add the ice cream in layers to the cake. Freeze for three hours.

Add some of the whipped cream around the cake. Use a tube to put the frosting on top of the cake. Add the candies on top. Freeze it again for an hour.

Black Forest

Ingredients

1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1 ¾ cups of flour
1 cup of cherry pie
2 eggs
1 cup of cocoa
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of coffee
3 cups of whipped cream
½ cup of sour milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

Put the ice cream in a cake pan. Freeze for 2 hours. For this ice cream cake recipe you need to heat the oven at 350 degrees. Put the sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Toss in the buttermilk, eggs and coffee.

Add the vanilla. Beat for two minutes (medium speed). Pour this into a cake pan. Bake until the tester indicates it’s cooked. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Put a cake layer upside down on a platter. Put some ice cream on it. Repeat. Turn cake up and apply cream on the side and top. Add the cherry to the top. Freeze for an hour,
