Diner-Style Roast Beef
This traditional recipe is comprised of ½-cup beef broth, ¼-cup red wine and 2-packets of onion soup mix. It also makes use of other fresh ingredients such as 6-pieces of coarsely chopped garlic cloves, a medium-sized onion and a 4-pound chuck roast. In addition, be sure to bring in 2-cans of cream of mushroom soup, or about 10 ¾-ounces.
