Coffee Cake Recipe

Quick Coffee Cake


For the topping you’ll need the following:
1/4 cup of all purpose flour (sifted)
½ cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/3 cup of butter (room temp)
For the cake:
2 ½ tsp of baking powder
1 ½ cups of all purpose flour (sifted)
1 beaten egg
½ cup of butter (melted)
¾ cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ cup of milk

Sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Get another bowl and put the egg there. Beat it and add the ¾ cup of sugar. Toss in the butter and vanilla. Add the milk and

2 cups of all purpose flour

Powdered sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
½ cup of butter


Combine the brown sugar with the butter. When it’s light, add the eggs and vanilla. Sift the flour in a separate bowl. Add the soda, baking powder and salt to the flour. Combine this with the brown sugar mix. Add the yogurt and mix it well. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Spray sugar over the cake before serving.
