German Potato Salad Recipe

The thing to remember about making German potato salad recipes is that they should always be served hot. They can also be eaten with some eggs on the side.

5 slices of bacon (chopped)
2 tbsp of bacon drippings
½ cup of cider vinegar
2 tsp of salt
1 ½ tbsp of flour (all purpose)
4 cups of potatoes (cooked and chopped)

½ tsp of parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp of cornstarch
