Pea Soup Recipe

Made from dried peas, pea soup is a simple but tasty, delicious and satisfying treat. You can easily identify this dish through its yellowish or grayish-green color. Add the split pea soup into the mix and stir thoroughly to distribute the flavors evenly. Add the milk and ham as well. Cook until it boils. Lower the heat in order not to overcook the different ingredients. Slowly add the sprouts and then simmer for at least 3 minutes. After that, you can add more sprouts if you like.
