Rack of Lamb Recipe

Rack of Lamb with Spices

Ingredients

1 clove of garlic (minced)
2 tsp of prepared horseradish
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 tbsp of olive oil
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of pepper
1 sprig rosemary leaves (chopped)
½ rack of lamb

Instructions

Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Flavor the lamb with the pepper and salt. Pour in the olive oil in a skillet. Brown the lamb and then set it on a plate. Now it’s time to add the seasonings of this rack of lamb recipe.

Set the skillet heat level to medium. Toss in the garlic, rosemary and other herbs. Cook them for 2 ½ minutes. Pour in the bread crumbs. Keep cooking until the oil is fully absorbed.

Add the horseradish to the skillet. Coat the lamb with these spices. Lower the oven to 400 degrees. Put a meat thermometer in the lamb. Put it in the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the thermometer temp reaches 125 F. Remove the lamb and cover it with foil for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp of olive oil
2 racks of lamb
This rack of lamb recipe needs the following for the sauce:
1 cup of dry red wine
¼ cup of onion (chopped)
2 tbsp of butter
1 cup of beef broth
1 tsp of chives (chopped)
1 tsp of rosemary leaves (minced)
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Set the oven to 400 degrees. Powder the lamb with salt and pepper. Pour the oil in a skillet and set to medium high heat. Set the lambs in the skillet with the meat side facing down. Cook until the meat is seared. Flip it to brown the other parts. Place it in a foil lined pan. Roast this simple rack of lamb recipe for half an hour.

Sauté the onions in the skillet. Pour in the wine and seasonings. Let it simmer until the mix gets syrupy. Pour the broth. Allow it to simmer up to ¾ cup. Stir in the butter. Add salt and pepper. Serve this with the lamb.

Rack of Lamb with Mustard

Ingredients

2 lbs of racks of lamb
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of butter (melted)
3 tbsp of Djon mustard
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of Herbes de Provence (a Mediterranean dried herb)
½ cup of bread crumbs
½ tsp of ground black pepper
½ tsp of salt

Instructions

Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Rub the lamb with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Put it in the roasting pan. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan. Combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Add the other herbs as well. Pour this in the lamb. Combine crumbs with butter. Spread over the lamb.
