three pounds of ground turkey

Preheat your barbecue at the high heat setting. Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl – ground turkey, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, egg, minced onion, and crackers. four hamburger buns already split

Mix together the mayonnaise and one tablespoon of basil in a small bowl then cover and put in the refrigerator until serving time. Mix together the milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and the rest of the basil in a large bowl. Add in the turkey and mix completely then form into four patties. Grill the patties for about five minutes on each side until perfectly done. Put each patty in a bun together with tomato, lettuce, and basil mayonnaise then serve.
