1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 pack of cream cheese (room temp)
1 tbsp of all purpose flour
½ cup of sugar
9 inch Graham cracker crust

For the strawberry glaze:
1/3 cup of water
1 ½ tsp of cornstarch
3 tbsp of sugar
Red food coloring
1 pint of fresh strawberries
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add half a cup of sugar. Throw in the flour as well. The next step to making this strawberry pie recipe is to pour the eggs in a measuring cup. Add the cream cheese and beat it. Pour the evaporated milk and keep mixing.
Pour in the rest of the milk, grated lemon and lemon juice. Transfer this into the Graham crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let it cool on the wire rack. Prepare the glaze. Put a dozen strawberries on top of the pie.

3 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 eggs (beaten)
6 tbsp of cornstarch
½ tsp of salt
2 ½ cups of milk (scalded)
2 cups of strawberries
1 cup of sweetened heavy cream
Mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add some milk and water. Stir and allow it to simmer. Keep stirring until it thickens. Put some of these on the beaten eggs. Whisk it. Put the eggs on the mixture.
Cook and stir frequently. Take it away from the heat. Add the butter and vanilla. Cover and let it chill. Transfer this mix in the baked shell. Put the strawberries over it. Add the whipped cream over it.
